Salads as described can stand alone or:

                   crisp romaine lettuce with our house made Ceasar dressing with 

                   parmesan croutons

$7          Harvest Salad

                fresh spinach leaves, toasted almonds, dried cranberries, house made maple bacon, 

                green apples and poppy seed vinaigrette. 
 

$10       Southwest Salad

                   SW rubbed grilled chicken or beef, bell peppers and onions resting on a 

                   bed of crisp greens, topped with corn, black beans, cherry tomato, avocado

                   and grated cheese. Served with a cilantro vinaigrette 

$9         Cranberry Chicken Salad  

                  with celery, dried cranberry and pecans in a tangy mayonnaise dressing, 

                   served on a bed of crisp greens

$10        Curry Chicken Salad

                   a dragonfly original with celery, apples, raisins, almonds, green onion and

                   dried apricot nestled on greens

 

$11         Chicken and Strawberry Salad

                   marinated grilled chicken breast on a bed of field greens with fresh 

                   strawberries, roasted almonds and house made poppy seed vinaigrette

              Cajun or marinated chicken breast grilled then topped with bacon and

              melted havarti cheese

 

$10     Fernando's Chicken

              chicken breast saute with cajun spices, add avocado, tomato, tuscan peppers

              and monterey jack cheese.  Served on grilled sourdough bread

 

$9         Grilled Smoked Turkey

              smoked turkey with tomato, muenster and our secret sauce, grilled on

              sourdough bread.  This is yummy!
