$8     Sonora potato and sausage hash: potato, peppers, sausage and spices topped  with two eggs                             and fresh fruit or cottage cheese.   Toast upon request.

$6     Continental Divide:  seasonal fruit,  yogurt, honey and granola.

$7     Daybreak Sandwich:  a grilled cheese sandwich surrounds 2 eggs and a side dish on the side.  Choice             of bread or bagel.

$7.5   Bill's Special:  2 eggs, 2 petite pancakes and choice of ham, bacon or sausage.

$6     Fresh Start:  scrambled egg whites with turkey, mushrooms, spinach and

$8.5  Corned Beef Hash: housemade, topped with havarti cheese and two
           eggs cooked your way.  Surprisingly- this has a little heat.

Skillets

country potatoes served in a deep dish with melted jack and cheddar cheese, add your choice of 

ingredients below and topped with 2 eggs as you like them.  Toast upon request.

$11     Chicken Piquant

             chicken breast saute in butter, white wine, onions, green chilies and

              mushrooms finished with a spicy cream sauce and jack cheese.

$12    Fruit of the Sea

              fresh shrimp sauté with butter, white wine, onions, mushrooms and green

              chilies finished with a rich cream sauce and jack cheese

$9       Grilled Veggie

              balsamic marinated grilled seasonal vegetables, topped with feta cheese

$8     From the garden

              ripe cherry tomato, roasted red peppers, mushrooms and sweet onion

                   +$2     add sausage, Portugese sausage, ham, turkey or bacon
